Academician Liu Ruihai

Fellow of the International Academy of Food Science, tenured professor of pathology and food pathology at the Department of Food Science, Cornell University, Chief Scientist of the Times (China) Group Corporation, Fellow of the American Academy of Food Science, Fellow of the American Academy of Science and Technology , Member of the United States Special Committee on Cancer Research (NIH, NCI), reviewer of research projects in the field of biological antioxidants.


Liu Ruihai is a Shenzhen high-level overseas talent (Peacock Project).


Professor Liu Ruihai won the annual Fellow of the 2008 International Food Science and Technology Awards (IUFoST); 2011 won the Babcock-Hart Award from the American Food Society (IFT); May 1, 2011, identified as nearly 10 for the ESI and ISI databases (2001.1.1-2011.2.28) in the field of agricultural science (including nutrition and food science), one of the 5 scientists with the highest citation rate (No. 4) and the paper with an impact factor (No. 3) of 5 scientists One; was selected as "World Highly Cited Scientist" in 2018. He has published 168 original academic papers in internationally renowned magazines (including {Natrue); he is currently a Chinese scientist of AsATIs TIFCIlo.


Ruihai Liu is a lecture professor in the "Yangtze River Scholars Award"; the "Guangdong Leading Talent" introduced by the Guangdong Provincial Government's Major Talents Plan; and the Shenzhen Peacock Project for overseas high-level talents.
