The first Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Health Technology International Forum hosted by the National Health Industry Enterprise Management Association Women's Health Promotion Association and hosted by Time (China) Group Company was successfully held on October 26, 2019 in Longgang, Shenzhen. The basic characteristics of this technology have expanded the commercial application of ultra-high pressure technology in the fields of fruits and vegetables, meat products, and aquatic products.
Wu Qingping, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and honorary director of the Guangdong Institute of Microbiology, shared the theme report of "Edible and Medicinal Bacterial Hypoglycemic Function and Mechanism of Action", and he analyzed the international research status of drugs for treating diabetes and hyperlipidemia. Finding safe and effective natural active ingredients is the focus of research, and edible and medicinal fungi are treasures of natural active medicines. The pharmacokinetics of ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide F31 for reducing blood sugar and lipids are described in depth. It is hoped that through the research of the hypoglycemic signal pathway of active polysaccharides and the interaction mechanism of edible fungi and intestinal microorganisms, it will provide a more effective new path for the research of new drug candidates for hypoglycemic and hypolipidemic drugs.
